Britt Landscaping wants to make our customers aware that OSHA has classified the landscape industry in the “lower risk” category of exposure.  This is the lowest level on the occupational classification of risk for COVID-19.

In order to reassure our customers and communities that we are fully operational with everyone’s health and safety in mind, per federal, state, and local regulations in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia, we have updated our operating procedures to keep our employee’s socially distant during morning meetings and training briefings.  We use small group gatherings outdoors at our shop locations to facilitate our employees’ safety.  Our staff is trained and has all of the necessary materials to limit the spread of germs and keep our equipment & vehicles clean.

Landscape maintenance is a community’s first line of defense for safety & security.  Britt Landscaping continues to: utilize pest treatment to assist in minimizing mosquitoes, ticks and fleas; maintain tree pruning and take-down services to mitigate storm damage and hazards; manage invasive plant species; maintain public and private pathways from obstruction & potential risks; and provide several other important home maintenance services to our clients.
